  2. 3 Kale Leaves
  3. 3 Celery Stalks

In this Energetic ginger-beet juice recipe, we use various vegetables by adding kale and carrot, and sweeten with an orange and apple.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
  2. 3 kale leaves
  3. 1 medium apple, cut into wedges
  4. 1 medium carrot, peeled
  5. 1 large beet, peeled and cut into wedges
  6. 1 1-inch piece peeled fresh ginger
  7. Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Working in the above order, Mix the orange, kale, apple, carrot, ginger and beet through a juicer according to manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Fill 2 cup with ice, if desired, and dispense the juice into the glasses. Serve instantly.
